United Regional offers classes on Childbirth, Infant CPR, breastfeeding, and becoming a sibling.
Childbirth classes are also offered at the YMCA by Martha Testerman, Certified Childbirth Educator and Doula. She has developed an abbreviated four week childbirth class. These classes are appropriate for those intending or expecting natural, medicated, induced, and / or caesarean births. Classes will be offered quarterly.
Days: Sat, 3-5:30pm
Fees: $25 M/$40 NM
